About Us

South Geelong Primary School offers 14 classes from Foundation to Year 6. Our curriculum includes Library/Computer Technology, Music, Art, STEM, Literacy Assistance, Physical Education, and Sport, along with a wide range of special interest classes.

Starting School

Parents

At South Geelong Primary School, you have the opportunity to become involved by participating in the School Council, joining a school project or participating in less formal school activities, such as the Classroom Helpers program or parent groups.

Teaching & Learning

The Victorian Essential Learning Standards outline what is essential for all students to learn during their time at school. Our teachers use these learning standards and the National Curriculum to plan programs, assess student’s learning progress and report to parents.

Through the dreams of our student and parent ‘Green Team’ we created a fundraising concept to put solar panels on our roof and we did it.
